Thanks for shopping at Medical Scrubs Lanka.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The order details you provided were not delivered, you can report the issue and return the garments for corrected order, provided proof of order invoice and images of received order.
  • A fault in sizes that was given when ordering was not accurate when you received.
  • Error made in printed or embroidered logo was not the accurate logo requested when order was placed.
  • Missing details that was already given in the order.

In summary, Exchanges / Returns and refunds are only made if the customer does not receive what was originally ordered AND satisfies the above conditions.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you VIA payment BY BANK TRANSFER.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your order.
